1/2 cup green bell peppers 1/2 cup red bell peppers 1/2 cup yellow bellow peppers 1/2 broccoli small florets 1/2 cup sugar snaps 1 medium onion chopped Salt to taste 1 tbsp oil 1 tsp cumin seeds 1 green/red fresh chilli deseeded (optional) 1tsp red chilli powder 1/2 tsp garlic paste 1/2 tsp ginger paste
1. Heat 2 teaspoon oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, add the fresh green chilli and or powdered red chilies. Then add onions and saute until they become translucent now add garlic & ginger paste and saute for 1 min.
2. Now add and the vegetables and saute on medium heat for 5 -8 mins until vegetables are tender add a little water if needed.
Serve with Rice or Nan
