For many women, the menopause can bring changes to body and mind that are unpleasant and sometimes even unbearable! But the right foods can make a huge difference in how you feel. They can ease your symptoms, and even relieve them altogether.

Whether you’re a pro in the kitchen or a complete novice, you’ll discover easy to make dishes that are packed full of the nutrients your changing body needs.

I know how difficult daily life can become when you’re going through the menopause, and I’m here to help you. I’ve developed unique recipes to boost your health and wellbeing during this time of transition. I understand everyone is different, and I’ll tailor my recipes to suit your symptoms and lifestyle. 

The details

Classes take place in the morning or afternoon and last for around 3 hours. You can enjoy a private one-to-one class, or if you’d like to get friends and family involved, I’m also pleased to teach groups (max 6 people). 

You’ll learn how to prepare a nourishing three course meal and a refreshing drink. I provide all the ingredients and a lesson plan tailored to you. I’ll also present you with bespoke recipe cards and a list of key foods to help you stay healthy for the long term. And after the class, you’ll sit down to enjoy the delicious feast you’ve prepared!

Classes will take place in your own home, or if you prefer you can join me at my well-equipped kitchen in Staffordshire. 

I serve towns and villages throughout the Stoke and Staffordshire area, including (but not limited to) Newcastle-under-Lyme and Keele. I can also travel to south Cheshire towns including Crewe and Nantwich. If you’d like to check whether I can visit you, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
